- We will attempt to ship all merchandise within 7-14 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Exchange And Returns
- If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, merchandise purchased may be returned within 7 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and be in new condition and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be pre-authorized by Inbloom Living.
- We will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return. Actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded.
- Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- For furniture products, once installed (including unfinished installation), returns are not accepted.
- All lighting and electronic products may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
