As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Inbloom Living. By placing an order or making a purchase at Inbloom Living, you agree to the terms below along with Inbloom Living's Terms of Use.


Pricing

  1. All prices displayed on this site excluded delivery and assembly fee.
  2. Please note that in the event that installation is required for lighting, such installation fee is not included in the delivery fee and will be charged separately. Installation fee: HKD $350 /1
  3. Inbloom Living reserves the right to change prices for products displayed online at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
  4. All retail prices displayed or quoted by Inbloom Living are in Hong Kong Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are fixed at the time of sale. In the case of pre-orders, the product/s will be reserved to the customer at the point of sale for the agreed amount.

 

Conditions For Redemption Of Promotion Code

From time to time we may release promotional codes that may be used on the website. Promotional codes can only be redeemed on the website in accordance with the special terms and conditions stated on them.

  1. Promotional codes are valid for the specified period stated on them only, can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  2. The credit of a promotional codes cannot be used to pay for products from third parties.
  3. If you place an order for a product less than the value of the promotional voucher, no refund or credit will be returned to you.
  4. The credit of a promotional codes/vouchers does not accrue interest nor does it have a cash value.


Shipping

  1. Inbloom Living offers free local shipping on most orders over HK$6000.
  2. All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
  3. Typical delivery time between 7-14 business days.
  4. Shipping fees are only charged once per order, are capped according to the type of the item(s) in your order along with your delivery location.
  5. Kindly note that our delivery and installation service are not available for restricted areas, unconnected islands, warehouses, and/or locations that only be accessed via terrace rather than the staircase.
  6. Additional Service Fee is added to non-ground floor addresses with only stair access.

Product Information

  1. We endeavor to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described, and we rely on information provided to us by our vendors. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order. In some cases, the products we offer are made from natural or organic materials, and there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive.

  2. We endeavor to ensure that all colors are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colors may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of color from screen to screen is not a fault or error. This will be classified as a change of mind and returning items based on the change of mind will be at the expense of the customer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information, or other content available or offered on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, nor do we make any warranty about the standard or quality of any of the products offered via our website.

  4. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on our website. Whilst we will make our best efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

  5. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from our website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on our website, or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the order confirmation.
